Shari has years of experience in the beauty industry. She is an alumna of the Aveda Institute, where she developed a strong passion for clean and holistic skincare. Her mission at Third Coast Salt is to educate every person who walks through our doors on how to live a healthier life.

Shari has explored Eastern Medicine, personally tried numerous alternative treatments for both health and beauty, and traveled extensively to pursue better health, internal happiness, and a bigger brain.
Her fascination with health and mental sharpness dramatically increased once she became a mother. She immediately cared more for longevity when her daughter, Maggie, and her son, Jack Ryman entered her universe. At the youthful age of 44, she went back to school and less than two years later, she proudly graces your presence as a Certified Health Coach and State-Licensed Esthetician.
She is your neighbor. Shari resides in Mount Juliet, Tennessee with her beautiful children.
She loves yoga, travel, dancing, God, her church, her family, and yes, of course, her community. She's had incredible success in many phases of her personal and professional life, and now she wants to share her knowledge with you! Her journeys have brought her to a place of pure bliss and fulfillment. Her life has brought her to the birth of Third Coast Salt.
